Shard: one narrative system, shown in full, because it is the only one whose evidence can be shown honestly.

## Shard

A finite generative narrative system whose models imagine scenes while deterministic code owns identity, history, time, chance, and endings.

## Withdrawal bar

A project earns a page here once its architecture and its unresolved questions can both be shown. Work that cannot clear that bar stays off the site until it can.

## Evidence boundary

One public project and one evidence-backed case study. Measured outcomes belong in a case study only when supporting evidence exists.
